I went to resolve an issue with my music system, Onkyo. But it turned out as settings issue, which could solve myself. They helped me to understand the issue with free troubleshooting. They did not charge any for immediate troubleshooting. They were very helpful, reachable on WhatsApp. I am sure, any others would have take advantage of my situation and charge with some price. Thanks a lot for the help and solving issue.

Just when I thought my Yamaha receiver is gone, they solved the issue and that too so quickly. They literally saved 30000 rupees for me. Great service and I highly recommend them

My Yamaha YAS-107 soundbar (Bought in US) stopped working after a power surge at home. So I called up Kasi Electronics. Kiran Kumar the person in-charge was very helpful and immediately asked me to bring the soundbar for checking. Sai Kumar, who is the Sr Service Engineer worked on it and was able to fix the soundbar, though the soundbar had 110v power component. Sai Kumar's work was excellent and he has done a great job in bringing my soundbar back to life! Really happy! They also suggested the correct step down transformer that I should be using. Thank you Sai Kumar! Thank you Kasi Electronics!!

Excellent Service provided by Kasi Electronics, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. I approached them to repair my Yamaha HTR-2064 power issue. I got an immediate response from them. They did the service was excellent. Now my Woofer is working in good condition, So overall I am very very happy with their service.
