Kay powernet services is providing third grade services. And those who are handling customer's query, they dont know how to speak, i guess they are not trained. I guess Anyone is sitting on the customer service's desk and handle the calls. They litterally dont know what customer care service is. I wonder who hire them. Pathetic service providers....and please teach your staff how to speak to the customers. They dont know the a b c d of the customer care service.

KayPowernet is providing so pathetic sevice in bandra east.. the worst service I ever received. Note the following points: - the wire for new connection got spoiled within a span of 8 months - they are least bothered where the problem is; whether it is inside user's premises or outside. They simply demanded the additional charges. - although I was ready to pay, the technician told me that the issue will be fixed within next 2 days - whereas when I applied as a new user my whole Installation was done within 1 hour time span & now these guys are demanding 2 days just to change the wire - although I have subscribed for a yearly package, & used for 8 months; I am not going to use further - not even deserve the half star

Worst internet service provider 1.) Gives you a shared IP (cannot book tatkal tickets) And having a shared IP with unknown users is dangerous 2.) Got a "1 Mbps" plan, was happy that it was cheap, but soon realised that i can't even buffer a video on youtube When i call up customer support (which they answer only after 5th 6th ring) they give you lame reasons of fibre wire getting cut (the wire gets easily cut once every two days it seems) P.S please don't buy any service Coming from a customer who is fuming with high blood pressure, suffering for past 2 months

Worst Internet Service. Internet down on all public holiday and Sundays. Fluctuating internet connection on weekdays. Very Poor customer support.

Expensive, and internet goes down for a lot of times, wouldn't recommend if you frequently do online banking
