I enrolled for itil v4 online classes at chennai . My personal experience with the company has been good. The training was conducted by Mr. Naveen and he was very good with the subject . I got my exam results yesterday and I definitely recommend this company for anyone planning for ITIL classes and exams .

After being chased for putting up this review , here it is . This team helped me clear my Prince2 certification. Their follow up?s are a lil bit annoying , that?s why the 4 stars rating . Other wise, both my exams were managed without any issues . Ramya and her team stayed back on Sunday and patiently waited until i finished the practitioner exam. Special thanks for you guys . Please work on your reference books though . They could be a lot better . Thumbs up for the training centre !

Good place for ITIL classes and exams . I chose the classroom option for ITILv4 foundation , trainer was very good and the exams were managed very well. 4 1/2 stars from me

I had enrolled with Ken and headway academy for Prince 2 foundation online training in September . The online training started with some technical issues but was resolved by noon. The trainer imparted the concepts very well . Yesterday we finished the exam and cleared with 74% . I Like the team however , focus on starting classes on time and not have any technical issues .
