Very bad customer service. Bought a chain for my wife and after she wore it for two days it broke, without her doing anything. When I took it back, the staff were rude and were not willing to exchange it. Also they were sniggering and very patronising. My other friends have also complained about chains breaking. So would not recommend buying it from here
