Pathetic internet service they provide. Once u take your yearly subscription and pay them then they won't even pick your calls . None of their number works most of the time. I have got the service in tilaknagar and their office at tilak nagar never response to the calls nor they pick the call when bell rings on their phone number . Maximum time their office number shows dead tone and if once they pick call they say try reboot option insted of looking at issue. Most of the time their server is down. I am totally disappointed with the i?ternet service they gave and not taking responsibility of the service they give. Why to set up office and numbers to call for help when server is down, when they don't want to answer calls and most of the numbers are showing dead tone. Most pathetic server to opt for . Total money wasted on buying their service . I have complained so many times that Internet is down
