Unprofessional Behavior

Dear Team, I had taken 500 pages of print at the Gachibowli store using Pen drive. Mr. Deepak had given prints on 21st Dec 2022 for 500 pages, and I forgot to collect the Pen drive. Today I visited the store and asked for a pen drive, but no one gave a proper response for that and asked the Manager if that too not provided. This is the worst experience I am facing today. I strongly recommend not taking any prints further with the KGN xerox.

They will not return your pen drive until you ask them specifically, if you took printout there. I forgot my pendrive there and called them on next day, they asked me to come and collect. once i went there, they showed around 15 pendrives, out of them my pen drive is not there. They simply told those are available. So take care before going.
