Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I ordered Hydrafacial machine , it’s delivered , but 1 probe was defective, they promised to send within 2,3 days as well kits with it but it’s been 1 and 1/2 month but not received yet and they give so much fake promises, totally disappointed with their service , I m regretting my dec

Had very bad experience with this seller.i had orderd Oxygeno machine and glutathione product. Kits provided with machine were duplicate products.i did not recieved my order on time. Poor customer service. Orderd products on 05/ 20/ 2022 and till date ( 20/10/2022 ) not recieved my orders.Despite of many calls and messages no satisfactory answers from team.very very disappointing first experience.
