Pathetic after Sales Service, Delivery is not on schedule even after making full payment. It has been a week and still Air Conditioner is not installed at my residence. This is the last time i'll shop with Kohinoor Televideo pvt ltd

Procured sony tv from this shop. Their service was customer service motive and they were attentive to the query. They offered free delivery and installation of the tv the next day. The cost of the tv was nominal with the warranty period.
