We are in the service field for 20 years. We first started the business in Indira Nagar, but later shifted to the current address due to space availability. Now our shop is around 500 sq feet. We have highly skilled technicians, all having around 5-7 years of experience from various companies like Sony, Samsung, etc. Always 4 technicians are in the field. The speciality of our shop is that the client has no burden of transporting the appliances, as we provide free pick up and drop to the door step.

Personnel's from Impact are smart and clever. In our Samsung TV, Display was not coming and they gave a perfect resolution. Their service is quick and their charges were quite convincing. Worthy service to be recommended.

Prompt services from impact had some power supply problem and they fixed It within 15 minutes and charged a nominal price thanks a lot.

Impact services are great I called up this company to fix my refrigerator and I got a same day appointment the technician arrived home earlier and fixed the problem soon and was very friendly and their rates were also affordable and I would use their services again.
