Koshish child development centre Pimple Saudagar Pimpri Chinchwad

I had called their center to enquire for my cousin's child who is suffering from autism. My cousin is new to Pune and did not know the location well. That is why I had to call them. But as soon as I called on their mobile number, the lady who picked up the call was so rude and impolite. She was shouting on top of her voice as to why I (the relative) had called her instead of the parent. She did not have the courtesy to listen to what I was trying to say and disconnected the call. It is really disappointing that an autism center which is supposed to be more courteous and polite than other organizations was behaving in such a pathetic manner. If this is the way they behave on the phone, then once can imagine the plight of the child who would be treated there. How can we expect any improvement in our child if the people in the center would be so rude. My sincere advise to anyone looking for an autism center - Please look for other options.
