I am sharing an experience which is happened few days ago about Kotak cards. They are very Rude and never understand any human values. They use very harsh language when they speak to customers. Even i have paid the credit card payements, These people still use to call us and torture like anything. Never buy CREDIT CARD from this bank. I have planned to surrender the CREDIT CARD tomorrow

Worst branch,issues duplicate currencies , never picks up the phone and hopeless staff including the manager,very rude,i think because of this branch kotak bank is getting bad name
