HORRIBLE BANK! THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER RITESH IS AN EMBARRASMENT TO THE ENTIRE BANK. HIS STAFF IS LOUSIER THAN HIMSELF. THIS BANK IS SUCH A JOKE THAT THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR OWN BANK RATES TO CONVERT FROM INR TO MYR. THE MANAGER DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO PRONOUNCE THE CURRENCY OF MALAYSIA. SEEMS LIKE A BUNCH OF UNEDUCATED INDIVIDUALS HAVE BEEN HIRED TO RUN THE BANK. IM AFRAID THAT THE BRANCH MANAGER IS INCAPABLE OF RUNNING A BANK WITH ANY FORM OF EFFICENT SERVICE. ITS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS NOW AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN CALLED BACK REGARDING MY QUERY ALTHOUGH I'M A CUSTOMER OF THE BANK!

Excellent response from this Kotak Mahindra Bank Kharadi, Pune. Have applied for my Private finance loans through this Bank, the response was good and without any delay, they explain the term and condition. Had submitted all the documents here. The loan amount was 1.5lakhs. And the interest was 12% they charged me the nominal amount for the Emi. I am satisfied with the service and response they provided.
