We have had a very bad experience with the agency. We had hired a person to take care of my grand mother who is not bed ridden but just difficulty in walking. There were only 2 people at home . I had clearly given my requirements . I had to change 5 people in a span of less 1 year . None of the people they have sent are good and the response from the agency is very poor. They just call correctly for the payment. On the whole very bad agency .Would definitely warn people before they fall for it.

If there was zero rating I would have given it. First of all very worst response from the staff. We hired people from this agency for the past one year. Ours is a big family. There are four kids. But we never demanded person to take care of the kids. But none of the maids who came here knew cooking. Will not respond even if the baby cries. It was more like a training centre for kripa agency our home. The only work they have done is drying the clothes washed in washing machine and sweeping & cleaning the floor. When I called to report this, the staff didn't even had the courtesy to listen to me. The one who spoke to me was repeatedly saying there are 10 people at home. She cut the call. It's our money you are paying to those maids. Not all the 10 home people stayed at home. Only my mother and two infants stayed and rest of us went for work. Two other kids went to school. To send them to bus stop, these maids have already bought 1000 re. The agency should atleast the concern of the paye

Hired a staff from Kollam agency.staff left after 16 days due to emergency at home.(seems it's their routine excuse).Had informed the agency earlier.but did not get replacement.staff at the br who appears to be very courteous during the hiring time almost shouts at you when u go to them for replacement or reimbursement.after 4 days of not getting a replacement I asked them to give my money back,the reply is that their policy is that refund shall be made only on second Saturdays.ie I have to wait almost 15 days to get my money back.never ever think of hiring from Kollam br of Kripa.the staff is just doesn't know to behave.Shouts at u n abuses u n mocks at u....

Good response and affection by the staff.<br/>They have sent women workers in and around Marthandam.<br/>They were clean and well trained. Pricing was reasonable.
