Cheaters to the core- to say the least. Cheated elderly people from Nagercoil when they exchanged the gold jewels for cash that they had bought from the same store few years ago.They cheated on the original weight by 20 grams and paid them 50,000 Rs less. When asked the next day about the discrepancy they said they wouldn't pay more as their jewels contain 30% copper and even wouldn't give back the jewels as they had already "Melted" the jewels overnight!! Don't ever go to these people and never ever buy jewels from this store as the owners say their jewels have 30% copper and would sell them as 916/ Hallmark gold. If at all you need to sell gold, calculate the money you would get prior to going here so that you don't fall prey to these dumbasses.
