Pathetic Service. I gave my mobile for charging related issue, they informed sub board and battery need to be replaced and promised to give the phone in two days. When I reach out to them they informed that it will take five more days and now they tell due to shortage of parts it will take one more weeks time. Fingers crossed, not sure when I will get my phone.

I had given my Lenovo vibe mobile for battery issue,they recommended to go for a change of battery, going by their advice i ordered for a new battery by paying the advance amount, the battery order i placed was on 21st April 2018, and they made me wait for more than a month to just to replace a battery(24th May 2018)!!!...and moreover it was not they who called me to come and receive/replace the battery ,i was irked by the delay and after fighting with them ,don't know from where they found the new battery!!!... and they made me wait for more than 1.5hrs to just to replace the battery!!!...Never buy Lenovo products as you will to face Lenovo service centres like these ulitmately..

Terrible service. They've had my phone at their service center for two days now and still won't update me on what the issue actually is! Also, their staff is not well informed and not courteous over phone.

Eventhough u r phone have warranty, if you are going to repair mobile on this service centre means you will never get warranty they will say there is an internal damage in your mobile and surely they will find out scratches and dents on gorilla glass mobiles also, they are cheating like this whoever visiting to their service centre, think once before you go here
