BRIEF HISTORY OF THE FIRM Our firm provides consultancy services in the field of architecture of buildings and applications. However, in association with other consultancy firms the scope of work has been expanded to structural, public health, electrical and mechanical jobs, Pre construction and Post constructions approval/documentation of building plans from the government agencies. The variety and magnitude of various projects handled by us in a short span is indicative of our dedicated and innovation design approach based on contemporary and available technology. The Firm was established in June, 1977 with Mr. Kuljit Singh as Principal Architect and Proprietor. Ms. Kavita walia and Ar. R.L. Goyal are Associate architects. Whereas Er. A.K.Gupta ME Structures of M/S Ainesh Consultants is our associate. We have carried out No. of consultancy projects along with Mr. A.K. Gupta .The Firm have well qualified and experienced staff to undertake Architectural, Structural, Electrical/Public Health., Land scaping, Air –conditioning and Interior designing on any scale of the latest specifications/designs. We have successfully adhere to strict time schedule. The Firm has to its credit projects in diversified fields of utility, a brief list of which is enclosed herewith ORGANISATIONAL SET UP PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT AR. KULJIT SINGH ( B.ARCH., M.C.A., F.I.V.) From May, 1977 to March, 1981 worked as Senior architect with leading Architectural firm in the Chandigarh and Punjab Housing Development Corporation. The work carried out was planning and designing independently various projects –Deshmesh Academy at Anandpur Sahib, Cinema at Patiala, farm House at Bazpur, Police Housing Scheme at Ludhiana, amritsar, Jalandhar and a Punjab Govt. Employees/ officers Housing Scheme at Sector –39, Chandigarh. Since April, 1981-carrying on business in the name and style M/S KULJIT & ASSOCIATES. Since 1981 has to his credit projects varying from Residential Houses, Industrials projects, Administrative, Educational Institutions/ Religious & Hospital buildings, Auditorium-cum-Multi purpose Hall, Hostels and Group Housing projects etc. A brief list of these projects is enclosed herewith.
