His social commitments are evident from the fact that he has successfully driven LAKSHYA to adopt a village in remotest area of Western Orissa and has taken the responsiblity of providing basic literacy to the people of the village. Mr. Sudhir Kumar Panda (Director - Operations & Infra) - Excellent team builder, motivator and man-manager. Man with immense determination and patience, which is invaluable for starting and establishing an entity like LAKSHYA. In-depth experience and knowledge on computer hardware, devices, infrastructure are his key points.
