I am glad to write this feedback for the Interiors work that we got done through Lavana last year. Initially the estimate seemed a little high, but when we went into the details and evaluated the quality of the materials used, we think its money well spent. The end result is a treat for the Eyes, and when we get appreciation from our guests for our Great Looking house, we know we got the Value for our Money. Meetu says that the wood used in the furniture will ensure that it is used by our Grandchildren - and our carpenter has substantiated it. All in all, I am very satisfied for we hired Lavana Interiors for.

Unethical, & unprofessional . Got work done from Mitu for my new flat, all was ok till the advance was given then came the real face of Mitu, her behaviour was totally changed ,she started pushing her own ways for every thing , rate were altered soon after giving advance reason given GST thou No bills were given for the product. There were "NO " for everything. ( and we though we were getting custom- made wardrobe ????) Transport is another scam , she charges double the cost from any other mover and packers and if u don't want to avail and arrange for own transport, she starts pushing saying we will take no responsibility whatsoever. Payment is the only thing she's punctual with . 95% of the cost was taken before the delivery of the product. Only after installation we found that maximum measurements were wrong, when asked to rectify it ,the answer was " we can't have perfect measurements and this much is allowed " a difference of 5 to 10 cm is allowed????? There was cost cuts in every corner, I had to get the laminates myself to get work properly. Every thing was charged separately even fixing of legs . I must caution people not to get in trap of this lady. U will end up spending more then and professional and will end up with low end product.
