I wish there was -1 in the review system. They scam people by alluring them with their stupid offers. They did my keratin 6 days ago and on the first wash everything is gone and when I tried to connect they blamed me for my shampoo.. The owner Vrushali said herself that if I take the ampule my dandruff and hairfall will be gone but it increased my hairfall and dandruff. do not ever visit them.. Bloody scamers.

They force you to do different services by literally threatening you and threatens his staff to convince clients. Very scary and unprofessional guy... Shashikant kamble. We travelled 40 km just based on their offer prices ... Which turned out to be absolutely gimmick of offer. Looted us of 11000/- total. Plus charged extra 200 for wash after keratin per head. Raising consumer issue.

Non satisfactory result, keratin result is completely gone after two hair wash. Cheap service. Don't go there and don't waste your money. Don't trust on their offers, their offer is just to attract people and make them fool.

Worst result... totally unsatisfied Taking extra hidden charges..I want to do it in the offer, they told me to use Brasil Cacau product for 4000rs... But the result is very disappointing.. don't go there... It's just waste of your money..

The service is not good, the hair smoothing done was very bad the smoothing effect was finished within two days. They ask as to visit with appointment so we can finish in less time but it took 7 hrs to complete the smoothing also the offer mentioned are differentiates when you visit there shop.

The salon did not tell me that the keratin treatment wont be useful for my hair. They did it & mid-treatment kept telling me my hair is damaged. After the wash, the hair still looked frizzy and I ended up paying for nothing. The partner assured me that they will take care of it after coming back from their trip. They would not accept their fault and kept telling me that when the treatment is done in an offer that is how it is and that my hair is damaged and should have gone for some other product. While doing the treatment if they would have told me it won't work on my hair I would not have wasted money on the treatment at all. They did the same thing when i previously did my treatment with them, they assured me that the this time it wont happen land they assured good results. Its a scam that they pull off on u with the treatments. Avoid going to them if you want value for money. They were telling me if i use the same company shampoo the treatment will be visible. All lies.
