I have used this company for my commercial building at Sarjapura. Every corner and area he has applied the water proofing is leaking. He doesnt know the job at all and rather blames you back for it. I had to get another company to fix the problem whoch was rectified immedietely. He is just buying water proofing material from the market and use local guys to brush applicate them. If you face any problems, he wont rectify and would come back with thousand exuses. I made a big mistake by engaging him.

We hired this vendor based on online review and it turned out to be a disaster. They charged more than double. They applied double coat primer and many more things just to charge more even though it was not required. They started demanding full money before even the work was completed. Even though 50% advance was given they starting visiting my home in weekdays for money when only ladies were at home! Never ever go for this vendor!
