Lease homes is fraud . All the ads in Sulekha by lease homes is fake. After knowing it is fake Sulekha is advertising their fraud ads. It is a crime . Sulekha company must verify the person putting ad . It is your duty to the public.

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

This company management head named Arul prakash, is running a fake company. He cheated us by taking 20 lakhs from us ,as a lease amount by showing a flat at gunjur area in DSR white waters appartment (Banglore). After taking the amount, he didn't handover the flat key to us ...later on he deactivated his mobile no.s. He is a big fraud. Still we are struggling to get our money back from him. We filed a complaint in police station, he was arrested and jailed for 45 days. But still he is not giving our money back. Pls don't trust this fake (fraud) company .

Lease Home Asset Management looks like a fraud company the given co no not responded me properly. My call connected to Bangalore no Mr. Nathan from other end co. person asked me to have lease agreement with them rather than flat owner, it seem that lease homez is a fraud co whom you are giving platform to chest the public.
