Legend Construction, Diamond Park is a non-reliable builder. Never buy flats from this builder. They just try to sell the flat and after selling they forget their buyers. I have bought a flat worth INR 45 lakhs from Legend Construction. They have made wrong drawings in our documents (and deeds) and we have also signed trusting them. Now we are facing problems in the apartment. When I am trying to get in touch with them asked support to rectify the documents, they are not picking up phone. We have got the flat in April 2019 and reported the issue in June 2019. Today is 4th November, till now no response, no support.
