As a first-time homeowner, I was eager to transform my space into something special, but the reality was far from the promised service. Despite assurances of completing the work within 30 days, it stretched to over four months, causing immense stress and inconvenience. The quality of workmanship was subpar, failing to meet even the most basic standards. What's more disheartening is the lack of accountability and responsiveness from Lifeeasy once the majority of the payment was made. The disregard for customer satisfaction and the consequent emotional distress are deeply upsetting. My hope was for a positive and transformative experience, but it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I write this review to caution others against trusting Lifeeasy with their hard-earned money.
