i)Bank is good, Service hours are more good. ii) I feel proud as a share holder of this bank. iii) But there is no e-mail ID of this bank , I yet found , so that small banking issues can be bought into the notice of the bank. iv) Example - a) At Bhattanagar Branch, there is a small room - like room for depositing & others. The officer on that chair may called depositing officer or so. However, I went on 14.06.2017 for a demand draft related to my daughter's admission & ECS for my daughter's school fee towards Agrasain Balika Siksha Sadan. The charge of draft will be told by that Depositing officer. So, I have to wait in a que from 8:30 AM to 9:05 AM(Atleast 35 minutes) However, lastly it is tackled by others. So, my request to bank authority to see the matter to avoid unnecessary delay and more good service. Thank You.
