very very bad service. I had chosen services from loombiz for amazon and jio. Miss shweta was the one who was in contact with me. before i took the service the response was very good but after i paid hardly anyone had time to answer my call. My jiomart listings all were incomplete. it has been 20 days now. i am getting no rersponse and yet all work is incomplete. so i leaving my money and choosing another company. This company has a policy that they ask u for reviews and give discount on reviews . all the reviews of this company online are fake. Mr anurag was handling my account. The listings he uploaded all were wrong and when i communicated he started arguing and shouting. moreover miss shweta told me she will complete listings within 2 days. next day anurag told me shweta committed not him. moreover he added he doesnt have time to listen to anyone . i recommend everyone not to use this company services. Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Loombiz Consultancy, and I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and disappointing their services turned out to be. From start to finish, they demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and failed to fulfill their promises, leaving me in utter frustration and regret for ever engaging with them. They still haven't made my amazon store page nor have they taken the advantage of my brand being TRADEMARK. (They got me the trademark!!) After heights of frustration and 3 months of bad service i asked for a refund for the incomplete work and guess what... they simply ignored our requests, leaving us with nothing but frustration and a significant financial loss. It is infuriating and deeply disappointing to be treated this way as a paying customer. My advice to anyone considering Loombiz Consultancy is to stay as far away as possible. They are not worth the headache, stress, and loss of money.
