hello i want to inform to all indian that one of the travel agent of delhi a is cheater and not answering proper to his customer.<br/>i booked package from him deposited amount 5000...after some time he told me to deposit more cash on his account...but that time my hospital expense i could not deposit and then when my rail tickets available online for booking as per irctc he not answering my call,,,and some time he gave phone to his office staff and she was saying boss is out of office without any phone......can anybody believe any travel agent working without net or mobile.....then i finally booke my ticket booked becuase all train was filling fast...then i told him that i want to cancel my package so please give me my money back...then he said that only 800 rupees he will give me...other charges deduct as per hotel and taxi as per my package inclusive..then i called all hotel which he mentioned in Itinerary...they all said that non of booking made by my name in their hotel..

We had planned to visit Kerala with help of this tour operator . So we booked the tickets for four members for 6 nights initially , he asked to pay Rs.30000 for ticket booking .The tickets was not booked in proper manner . we got confirmation for return tickets but we didn't get any confirmation about the departure . The tour operator said he will cancel all tickets and booked tickets again in new manner . We didn't get any refund amount for cancellation . The accommodation was not good as discussed , he told us 4 cots will be provided but we got only two cots and the room was not clean . He didn't respond for our calls . He didn't send us any return tickets , we booked tickets from our end and reached our destination . It was pathetic service received from this business .So total amount was Rs.136000 . I wont recommend this business .
