MMB service is so awesome.. in a day, they installed biometric access control system. We are satisfied with this deal

I Ravitej, had bought Finger Print Recognition System from this MMB Technologies in Jan 2013, At the time of buying the product they said battery back will be 2 hrs while in usage and 4-5hrs when we are not using the system. But System is not with standing for more than 20 Mins. And when it comes to Service regarding this issue, they are not at all responding even i am trying to ask them since 1 and half month. Their Service when it comes to changing battery(they given guarantee period of 6 Months for it) is worst.
