Satisfied service from M S R Cool Care Services, Sivanchetti Gardens. I requested for General service and installation service for my Videocon 1 ton split ac in my home. They gave immediate response and sent 1 technician for the 1st time and sent 2 technicians for the 2nd time. I felt all the technicians are professionalist at work. They did service properly also properly installed my AC into the wall. But, the only thing is they didn't take any spare parts for the AC. So, they asked to me buy from it outside. Except, that service was very good. Totally took 2 hours to finish the service.

Very neat and Clean service from M S R Cool Care Services, Sivanchetti Gardens. I requested to do general service for my 3 numbers of Samsung split AC which 1 one is 1 ton and another 2 is 1 and a half ton in my home. They sent 1 technician to my home. He completely checked all AC's properly and did the general service. Totally took 2 and half hours to finish the service. I paid Rs 1200 total amount including service charge. So, I am satisfied with their service.
