New CCTV Camera Purchase & Installation

I installed 2 CCTV cameras thro' m tech solutions. There was always a problem. Ansardeen the owner promised one year free service. They fixed a two pin faulty plug and I regularly get connection failed message. When contacted, he demanded 350 to change the plug. When I asked him that u have fixed a faulty plug, he stopped taking my calls. The cameras are not recording now. He lives in my area but very insensitive to a customer. I wrongly gave him 5 star rating on Urban clap. Beware ! M Tech solutions - Palavakkam, doesn't care about customer service. I paid Rs.13000 and God will definitely punish him.
