Manoj had promised me 8mbps connection but I'm getting less than 2 mbps, sometimes it's even 0.1 Mbps. What's worse than that is he doesn't reply to any calls or messages after the installation has been done. Now I have to call main Hathway customer care. Their service is okay but it takes to long so I don't like calling them. Manojs connection and service is a disaster. Please look elsewhere.
