Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Untrained, unprofessional lady who did my USG. She finished in a minute and said everything is normal. Just yesterday I had the same USG done that showed a completely different result. I had just come to Matrix for a second opinion.. Is she even a trained professional? So rude, no sign of politeness. How can the management rip off patients like this? Also how can they appoint someone who doesn't even know how to talk politely to a patient? I'm not sure she understands what she is doing herself co she didn't know how to explain anything. We are not animals, we are human beings. NOBODY SHOULD EVER RISK COMING to this place. Should not rish their lives and their money.

Taken Diagnostic test from Matrix, Christian Basti for 2D-Echo Test . They have charged me Rs.2200 for this test. They provided the report on time. I am satisfied with this center.
