Moirengjam Warengsana Meetei born to Thangjam Chaubi and Moirengjam Birdharya, a prominent disciple of Prophet Laininghal Naoria Phulo and a spiritual leader of Apokpa Laining, on 30 Jul 1967 at Biyang Khunou, Churachandpur District, Manipur is a multitalented person who has acquired qualifications in various subjects and has been awarded for his work in various fields. Keeping in with the philosophy of "Nation before Self" he joined the Indian Coast Guard and attained the rank of Subordinate Officer. Having fulfilled his obligations towards the mother land and with an aim to serve the public at large and the Meetei society in particular he accepted VRS on 01 Nov 2013.Moirengjam Jiban, whose daughter Moirengajam Sanarei was married to Prophet Laininghal Naoria Phulo was a renowned Vedic astrologer during 1900 in Jaribon, Cachar Assam is part of the family tree.
