Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Pathetic experience with Mehta tour. Worst Kashmir tour ever with Mehta tour... 1. No management at every location of where to go, what to see, how to see. 2. Even the tour owner (Mr. Sachin Mehta) comes with us but he himself was not aware of anything at every destination. While asking for places to visit he himself told he don't know about it. 3. All hotels are booked after reaching to destinations saying that every tour having same system of booking the rooms after reaching at. Results in room not available and some of the tourists had to shift in another hotel. 4. Hotels shown to us while booking is not given in the tour. 5. In the Hotel (pahalgam) only 1 towel is given per room saying that they have only one towel per room.(no matter you are single or with your wife and 2 kids but payment (10k) was taken for each kids ) 6. Owner(Sachin Mehta) comes with his family and throughout the sight seen he goes with them no guidance is given to others saying that they are giving flexibili

Worst management, worst food, worst and irresponsible managers who don't know how to manage and how to talk to passengers. Worst planning, in short, Total waste of money. Please don't go by this travels company.
