I had a very bad experience of refilling the hp 802 printing cartridge through them. They said they will charge Rs 100 and it will print 100 pages. As the new one costs Rs 550 foolishly I agreed. When I collected the cartridge yesterday and started using it , it did not print even a single page and the message comes the cartridge is defective. If they had told me that they do not refill the cartridge I would have bought a new one. My money and time is wasted. I intend sharing my experiences through face book etc , so that people will be careful when they buy from that shop. Ganesan

Purchased the Collar Mic at this Electronics, for their service and response is good, for they quoted the Collar Mic cost at 650 only, so I'm satisfied for Collar Mic Purchased at this Center

Terrible experiences

On 19th July 2014 purchased Exide ups battert for Rs 740(receipt no 10553) for my TVS smart UPS, since previous battery did not serve the purpose. After fixing the new battery, the ups did not work, hence I went to Mercy Electronics, Adyar and reported the problem, and also asked them to give me a new ups and I will pay the difference, but they refused. Kindly see that they take back the battery and replace it with UPS at the difference in cost. For all my needs I buy only at Mercy electronics. horrible experience, Went to replace sony laptop charger (3 months guaranty). He checked it for 15 mins, then started saying it was physically damaged that's why could not replace. He fought with with me and my wife that it was broken, that too after finding that it was really not working. So, better get original one. Because even they say warranty, there is no guaranty that they will stick to their words.
