Worst service center ever I have seen in my life. They are so irresponsible. A person named Adarsh took our LG TV to correct the display lines. During the service these people make call saying the display is gone and they need 18 k to replace the display. I am continuously calling and they have switched off their mobiles. any body getting calls from this service center please do not give your gadgets to them. t

Fraud and they don’t know how to talk to the customers.. if there is some problem and if we call them after there service they cut your call.. BIG“FRAUD” They also block your number.. after taking your money?? be aware.. I don’t really give a review but these are such a big fraud that I had to.. so that no one else get cheated…

Absolute frauds. Please dont handover TV to them. They took my tv saying it can be rectified and returned in 2 days. After multiple calls, brought bck my TV on the 21st day. While installing, the technician broke my HDMI cable and the wall mount socket. They refused to buy a new one as it wasnt their fault according to them. They promised to come again the next day and past 2 weeks , dont even pick my calls. Luckily there was no damage to my tv. Chiranjeevi and his technician Adarsh Adi are the frauds

Metro Tech Solutions BSK 2nd stage Padmanabhanagar, Has worst servicing center for TV,, Let me explain the issue I faced. I had a issue in my TV. It wasnt switching on so some how via google got in touch with Metro tech solution so next day technician MR Varun came to our location and examined the TV, he reported the problem as Board Issue and took the TV along with him for examine in his Lab and replace the board. He came with TV saying Board is been replaced and fixed the Issue. But next day again tv had same issue as before,when we observed we came to know that the Board was not replaced but he collected Rs 13500 for board replacement. We contacted MR Vasanth Kumar the concerned person on this fraud company, he directly denied sending the technician.Metro Tech Solution is fraud and unskilled person. This company only makes money by telling fake issue and collect more money. My humble request to people is to avoid this service center.This is fraud company.

They are frauds do not handover your tv to them. they pick the tv without any delay and after which they donot pick calls. please beware of this guys. Big scam they are running.
