Mind Miracle is a renowned hypnotherapy clinic based in Pune, India. Experienced hypnotherapist Rachna Murdeshwar runs the clinic. During her many professional assignments and interactions, she saw that patients were typically treated only with medicines, which seemed to be the standard approach. However, she felt that more than physical healing, patients needed emotional & mental Healing. Hence, Rachna Murdeshwar started her search to find any methods that address the emotional and mental challenges faced by humans. She came across Dr Brian Weiss`s research which provided the key to her questions. Initially, her curiosity persuaded me to experiment and then motivated her to get formally trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and she adopted it as my primary profession. Hypnotherapy is the form of therapy where trance is induced along individualised techniques of counselling to bring changes in perception and memory. To help a person reach the stage of trance, the therapist uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and attention focusing techniques. While practising Hypnotherapy, Rachna Murdeshwar realised that to make the necessary changes in one’s lifestyle or attitude, there was a need for her, as a therapist, to help her clients recognise their inner strengths and grow through Empowerment and Motivation. She was doing this informally but decided to formalise the knowledge/skills and qualified as a Life Coach.
