bad service experienced from them. I wanted to go Uttarkhand so i booked a car from Mogli holidays. they provided a bad condition vehicle and they charged RS 4400 for the car. I am not at all satisfied with their service.

I rented a car from them for 2 days and paid them 5000 as a security amount. Everything was good. They promised to refund the security amount in my card within 3 days but its been more than 15 days its not yet processed. I have been trying to contact Mr. Manish who seemed to be a friendly guy. Earlier he said he is not well so he is unable to process refund as he is no going to office since past few days but later he said he processed it but as per my credit card company nothing is yet refunded. Now when I am trying to call them Manish is not picking up my call and all other numbers are switched off. Strange. Is it a laid back attitude or a regular practice? I am now planning to take legal actions against them and will be posting this review on other portals too. If you guys want to see any documentation I have them all so that I can prove myself. I have the phone recordings too.
