We are not providing the training only with Faculties who has teaching experience instead we are providing training, who have good experience and guidance to teach our students. There are lot of difference between faculty and engineer. Many faculties they just deliver what they learn from books but engineers will teach their own experience. Here in our institute we teach and give mandatory training's to experience the troubleshooting by our experienced engineers, we shall call them as engineer cum faculty.
