unfortunately, can't rate it below 1star.<br/>worst ever service agents i have to deal with.<br/>have given my voltas ac for repairs which is in warranty and its been 22 days now they have taken the unit for repair, they are not even picking up the call.<br/>seems like they don't care about even updating the customer about the status.<br/>
