Hello, I purchased Coirfoam mattress yesterday (September 8, 2018) from Mosaic Furniture in Indirapuram, Ghazibad and they blatantly lied about the warranty. When mattress was delivered to my place and I took out the warranty card from the sealed packing, I found out about it. When I asked for the refund, they declined and told me to contact the company. That just does not make any sense. I am going to take this to all social media platforms and to the consumer forum. This is a scam and I am not going to forgo this fraud. I was only asking for the money I paid. But, now when they denied, I need my money plus the compensation for this harassment and making me go through all this trouble. Pathetic. First Mosaic Furnitures will send you damaged furniture, and then will make you wait for months to get it rectified. First the showroom guys will simply keep on postponing the day of visit by the labourer. And finally on the day of rectification, their all important labourer will call you and postpone the date by another 5 days. Quiet obviously, the showroom people have their phones switched off after this. All after, we were promised that the furniture will be delivered after proper packaging. And what they do is cover it with a plastic sheet. Buy anything from these people at your own risk.

Pathetic customer service & false promises. Recently went to bought a mattress (single piece) from Mosaic Furniture, Indirapuram. It was told that the mattress is launched just 10 days back and will be delivered in next 1 hour. I paid advance deposit for this recently launched mattress. After 1 hour it was told to me that the mattresses is not available in their shop and will be delivered from their godown by 8:00 pm. When inquired it was told to me that it will take another 1 hour. I called back at 9:30 pm then the owner told me that it will again take 1 more hour. Finally at 10:30 pm the guy came home with a very old mattress having a manufacturing year of 2015. Next day when asked, the owner very rudely told that they don't have time to deliver one single mattress & he cannot delivery new mattress. Why did you advertise the new mattress at the time of sale & charged the rate of new mattress when after all you have to deliver old mattress. Any specific reason
