Opted this center for second time as it is nearer to my home. Had a bad experience last time when I gave my Lenovo Laptop Y510 for hinge replacement. Had to run around for a week even after servicing, due to fault servicing the whole panel opened up. This was rectified without extra cost, but later on my bluetooth & wireless switch was not working, also monitor became very loose at the hinge & had to support it while using. Last month got my Laptop serviced due to display problem. The front office female did not convey the exact problem to servicing guy because of which I had to follow up & after 2 weeks of running around got my laptop back. This time there were many visible dirt spots in the display(that cannot be avoided as per service personnel at multisofts), keypad was not locked in position & the audio 3.5mm jack was damaged. I do not recommend Multisofts service to anybody.
