I got an excellent response and service from this Mummy Electronics, Tiruvottiyur. I had a problem with my Samsung Refrigerator which is in Out of warranty period so contacted them. They responded quickly and 2 technicians came to check the issue. Rectified the problem and replaced the new Defrost Sensor within 2 hours. Now it is working good. They have collected Rs.1100 including service charges, I don't know whether he charged me reasonable or not. I'm satisfied with their service.

Median service from this Mummy Electronics, Tiruvottiyur my Videocon fridge was not working, I approached this center, Two technician came and check the issue, they have replaced full copper coil set, I paid approximately 5000 for that service, but still I'm facing the same cooling issue, So I got the average service from them.

I got a good response from this Mummy Electronics, Tiruvottiyur. I had a problem with my Whirlpool Refrigerator because of a cooling issue, So I contacted the service centre. They responded quickly. A technician came to check the issue and rectified the problem. They did the service perfectly and now it is working good. They have collected Rs.250 including visiting charges, Overall their service was good.

Had got a median service, my Whirlpool Refrigerator Freezer not working well, then I contacted the service center, They came and replaced some parts. their service was good, Their charged 2000 for that service, The amount was very high, So I got this is average service from them.

I had an issue with my Kelvinator Refrigerator cooling issue for which I approached this Mummy Electronics, Kaladipet Thiruvottiyur. A technician visited my house to check the issue and informed that the gas has to be filled and he did the welding work at the backside of the fridge. He charged me Rs 2000 for the service and he gave me two years warranty. But within three months again the same problem was there, When I contacted him he said that he come and change, but he didn’t come.Again when I tried he is not picking the call. I am not happy with their service and response.
