The best Gym i would say! Not only workout on machines, also free body workout is given, i can say that i see all the best trainers dedicately give importance on the individual trainee. Not only that, ther are much more fun events , celebrations which goes thought out the year.i am with M&M(Music and Metals) since the first day till today. i just love going there for workout and i have all besties and supeb friends including the Trainers, Specially Jibin Sirji ;P<br/>
