New CCTV Camera Purchase & Installation

Average service from "Mv Infotech System Pvt. Ltd., Sector 17 ". I approached them for CCTV camera purchase and installation. I got a quick response from them. I have purchased 5 Hikvision cameras from them and they did the installation also. I paid Rs. 26000 for the purchase and installation both. I asked them to provide mobile access for the same which they didn't do yet and asking me to purchase a LAN cable from them for that. I'm already having Airtel LAN cable but still, they are telling me to purchase a new one. It feels like just for the sake of earning money they are doing this.
