My doctor recommended few test while browsing I eventually landed to mydiagnostics website they quickly booked test , next day a person came to take my sample and I got reports on time , more importantly there was feedback call post collection

Unethical and unfair trade practices. Doubt the accuracy of the tests. I spent Rs. 11,000 on 3 tests. It's been 2 weeks, and I have only received 2 out of the 3 reports. The first 2 were also delayed. It is unfortunate that blood tests that should be treated as time sensitive, are handled with such incompetency and indifference. There are other labs that are faster, cheaper and more ethical. They kept promising the reports on time, and then giving assured deadlines in case of delays (not met). After I stopped getting responses from the rep, I had to reach out to Vikas (the co-founder) to finally get my refund. The co founder was offended by my pointing out that the timelines on the website should be amended to better reflect reality, otherwise it is just an unethical (and potentially illegal) thing to do. The word "crooked" hurt his ego such that he termed my very accurate description of the incident as "uncivilized". They are duping people and are sadly going unpunished.
