Ridiculous "company" probably run by one fellow pretending to be a large organization. Their "customer support" number is answered by an automated press 1 for x / press 2 for y style automation. It doesnt matter what you press, it will go to the same fellow answering. It is also the same number and fellow on whatsapp. I placed my order and waited for 4 days before calling "customer care" and the fellow just told me to write an email to an email address (what was not there in the website by the way). 2 days later I got a call from them telling half the items in my order cannot be processed. This is not because of availability. Its just that the website will allow you to have wood / acrylic sheets of your desired dimensions. But the reality is that they will not do those and will tell you on the phone what they can do. So I reordered and went with their limited dimensions. Few days later I then got a call saying they cannot deliver because their "delivery partners" will not allow items of 5 feet or larger. This coming from a store who sells plywood 8 feet tall. So I said ok, and reordered the items with the newer restrictions. I got a confirmation on whatsapp that they got the order and everything was perfect this time. That was probably 8 days ago. No response on whatsapp. Not answering the phone either. Its a scam company that was hoping i prepay online and then they could keep the money and continuing with their scam. In the off chance that someone from the "company" comes across this review, perhaps they can take a look at Order ID: #101510226 and give an explanation on wasting my time?

Myhomesol are fraudsters. All information like phone numbers email address are useless. No replies. Wasted my money. Sulekha must investigate and take off this information

Beware!!!!! I ordered online and product delivered to me was damaged and broken. I am following company ever since for exchange/refund but all in waste. I suggest everyone to avoid this site or else you are on your own risk.

Very poor delivery; they do not live up to the committed date of delivery; no mails/msg regarding the status of order; I dont recommend to buy from this site
