Hi. I am based in Kolkata, West Bengal. I want to log a complaint agsinst one of your service Centers NC Sales. I logged a complain on 19th Aug docket number 7023. The technician came did nothing, did not have the tds meter and asked me to sign the service closure form. I did not and he went. The next day i know my docket number is closed. After many follow ups also no one came. I logged was told to log another fresh complaint on 5th Sept docket no 7859. Till now no one turns up. The female who i am continuously calling is laughing over the phone finding it funny. NC sales is fraud. They have not even registered us on the main Kent portal.

Pathetic. Front end ladies are very rude. They do not inform properly. I have to chase for technician visit even on the 4th day after complain. Extremely less number of technicians.

Happy to took Home water purifier service from this N.C. Sales & Services, New Alipore. The response was good and quick to my need. The service was quite effective. I paid 15400 for purchasing water purifier. They had completed the work on time and I am satisfied with this service.

Bought the Home water purifier at this business. I am happy with the purchase of the product. They took 2000 as advance and the total cost is 15500. Waiting for the installation of water purifier.

Done my water purifier amc service from this service center. The service person came to the home and did the amc of accurately and properly he removed all parts and cleaned it they also changed some parts that were required. They charged a normal price.
