Very bad experience with NTec Electricals. They try to push you to buy Maximo battery when you go to buy Luminous battery. They do not give bill after collecting payment in cash. They will say they will give the bill in the evening and keep giving one or other reason not to give bill. Owner Kumar is a drama con artist who will give different reason daily for not providing good service

For residential purpose I have purchased the battery for inverter through this dealer. Overall they charged Rs.8800 and their service was pleasing.

Microtek UPS of 900VA, Exide battery and a trolley we have purchased it from this dealer. The cost was Rs.14,500. They delivered the products on time. They ensured warranty for the product. Their service was great.
