Broker - Gurminder (Nanak Properties) Ramesh Nagar, CL Khanna Marg, near Nehru Park. This broker with fraudulent claims and collusion with a lady owner Kavita trapped me into scamming with huge sums. Misinformation/False information and collusion with owner . After taking deposit, revealing new shocking information like, they told that you can only lock bedroom and not main entrance of home, as they need access to one almirah and sofas for meeting their office clients. They told I have to go without locking the main door. I demanded deposit back. His behavior was very uncultured and after taking money started behaving in a rude manner. They didn't gave my deposit back, despite no signing off rent agreement, and left with legal route as option.
