Food was pathetic and we had a bad experience when it came to payment. After swiping the card for the first time I had received the message for deduction of INR 814. but because of some mistake by the waiting swiping the card, it was not recorded in the swiping machine. So we were asked to swipe again with the promise that if the money is not refunded back to the account they would pay back the next day. But when we waited for 2 long days and no money was refunded back they refused to pay back the money. So again the next day I personally went to the bank with the transaction details to enquire upon which they confirmed that the money has been credited to their account and also bank issued a statement copy along with attestation. But to our dismay when I went back with the proof they were totally arrogant and ignorant. More than the money it's their response to customers that are really bad. I hope the same is not repeated to anyone else...Pathetic Customer service
